Terms for using Mirrxii.

Use of the service

Use Mirrxii lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access another user's information, interfere with security controls, automate abusive requests, misuse infrastructure, or bypass product safeguards or access limits.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining control of your account, protecting your login credentials, and providing accurate information when account or billing information is required. Actions completed through your authenticated account may be treated as actions authorized by you.

Your content

You retain responsibility for the content you create, enter, upload, organize, or store in your workspace. Do not submit information you are not authorized to use or material that violates applicable law or the rights of another person.

Free and paid access

Mirrxii may offer free access and paid access levels, including Creative and Empire. Features, limits, and prices are presented in the product or payment flow before a subscription is approved.

Access entitlement and the Command Post you choose to operate from are related but separate product settings. Having access to a paid tier does not require the service to automatically change your selected Command Post.

Subscriptions and PayPal

Supported paid subscriptions are processed through PayPal. When you approve a subscription, PayPal handles the payment authorization and recurring billing according to the plan you approve and PayPal's applicable terms.

Paid access is activated after the service receives confirmation of the subscription from PayPal. A checkout return page alone does not guarantee that paid access has been activated.

Cancellation and billing status

You may request cancellation of an eligible PayPal subscription from the Billing page. A cancellation request asks PayPal to stop future subscription billing. The request may remain pending until PayPal confirms the final subscription status.

When PayPal confirms that a subscription is canceled or expired, paid entitlement may return to Solo access. If PayPal reports a billing failure or suspended subscription, paid access may be marked past due or limited until the billing status is resolved.

Canceling future billing does not by itself create a refund of a charge that has already been processed. Refund questions may be submitted to Support and are handled subject to applicable law, the circumstances of the request, and applicable payment-provider rules.

AI-powered features

AI features are optional and are intended to assist with organization, analysis, research, planning, and suggestions. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. You remain responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it.

AI assistance does not replace your judgment and is not intended to independently commit permanent workspace decisions without user action.

Privacy and data

The Privacy Policy explains how account information, workspace information, service-provider processing, optional participation controls, AI-related processing, retention, exports, and deletion are handled.

Availability and product changes

Mirrxii v1.0.0 is the current release. Features, integrations, limits, designs, or availability may change as the service develops. Maintenance, provider outages, security issues, technical failures, or other events may temporarily interrupt access.

Reasonable efforts are made to preserve workspace data and service reliability, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Suspension or termination

Access may be restricted or terminated when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, security threats, payment problems, attempts to access another user's data, or material violations of these Terms.

Service limitations

Mirrxii is provided as a productivity, organization, planning, and decision-support service. It does not guarantee a particular business, financial, professional, creative, or personal outcome.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the product, providers, billing systems, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by an updated date on this page.
